Individual Projects
Payment is not due until services are completed for short projects; however, for long editing projects (over 100 pages), I require 50% up front and 50% on completion. (In special circumstances, I will consider installment plans or other individualized payment arrangements.)

The total due is sent with the finished piece, either by email or as a paper invoice. If you would like a paper invoice or receipt for your records, please let me know.

Ongoing Accounts
If you or your organization expect to need my services on a continuing basis, we can set up a running account where I bill you for the total page count each month. This simplifies payment and lets you avoid minimum charges for individual documents.

Late Payments
If I do not receive payment or hear from you within two weeks of sending your bill, I will send a reminder email. If I do not receive payment within 30 days, 10% interest will accrue for every month the payment is late.

Accepted Forms of Payment
All charges are in U.S. dollars. You can pay by personal check, cashier's check, or money order (made out to either Tahlia Day or katharos editing/proofreading). I also accept credit card payments and bank transfers via PayPal; to send a PayPal payment, click the "pay online" option at the left.
